Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET are dispatched from our US facility within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. You will receive tracking by email as soon as the shipping label is created.

Delivery Times

United States: 3–7 business days after dispatch
International: 5–12 business days after dispatch

High-Demand Notice

During periods of exceptionally high demand, delivery times may be longer than usual, and US delivery may take up to 9 business days after dispatch.

We will always work to get your order to you as quickly as possible and keep your tracking information updated throughout the journey.

If your order experiences an unusually long delay, we may include a complimentary surprise gift as a thank-you for your patience.

Shipping Cost

Any optional priority or insured shipping option will be clearly shown with its price at checkout before payment.

Wrong Address or Undelivered Parcels

Please make sure your shipping information is correct before placing your order.

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment or refund where applicable.
